Payments

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit or debit cards.

Damage deposits are returned within 30 days of departure by the same method used for payment.

We do not rent “party houses” to fraternities, sororities, high school, college, bachelor party, wedding receptions or other such groups. Please respect this policy and do not cause a problem for yourself or us by renting and attempting to use one of our properties for this purpose, as it will not be allowed. Your group will be asked to vacate the premises and there will be no refund. You must be 25 years of age to rent and the person renting the house must be staying at the property. There must be a sufficient number of adults present at all times.

Cancellation

Grand Isle Properties, LLC has a NO cancellation policy for ANY reason. The rental fee is non-refundable. Cleaning fees and refundable damage deposits are refundable. If you cancel and your property books to another renter for the same dates, we will refund the total paid minus a $75 cancellation fee. If only a portion of your dates are rebooked, we will refund the rebooked portion. For instance, you book for 7 nights and we can rebook 3 of those nights, you would receive a refund on the 3 nights we are able to rebook.

We strongly urge you to purchase either Standard or CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) protection. It is very affordable and will give you peace of mind if any unforeseen events occur before or during your trip.
