Please note that we do not rent "party houses" to fraternities, sororities, high school, college. bachelor party or other such groups. 
Please respect this policy and do not cause a problem for yourself or us by renting and attempting
 to use one of our properties for this purpose, as it will not be allowed. 
Your group will be asked to vacate the premises and there will be no refund. 
You must be 25 years of age to rent and the person renting the house must be staying at the property. 
There must be a sufficient number of adults present at all times.
