Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due within 7 days of
booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to
arrival. All reservations are firm and non-refundable. We suggest
sending payments using Certified Mail. We accept personal or company
checks, money orders and cash.
To insure proper
credit, please write your arrival date and the name of the camp on your
check or money order. Please make checks and money
orders payable to:

Damage Deposits
Damage deposits will be mailed within
30 days of departure to the name and address
provided on the reservation. If your address changes after your
reservation is made, please notify us. We are not responsible for
checks mailed to an old address. Please see
Rental Rules to insure return
of your full damage deposit.
Cancellations
All reservations are firm. No refunds will be
made for cancellations except in the case of mandatory evacuation of the
island. However, if you cancel and we can rebook your dates, we will
issue a refund for the dates that we were able to rebook.
Hurricane Policy
If a mandatory evacuation is ordered in
the event of a hurricane, you will have the option of rescheduling your
trip or receiving a full refund of any monies paid. If this occurs
during your stay, a prorated amount will be refunded. |
