Payment Information
Please note that we do not rent "party houses" to fraternities, sororities, high school, college, bachelor party or other such groups. Please
respect this policy and do not cause a problem for yourself or us by renting and attempting to use one of our properties for this purpose, as it
will not be allowed. Your group will be asked to vacate the premises and there will be no refund. You must be 25 years of age to rent and the
person renting the house must be staying at the property. There must be a sufficient number of adults present at all times.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. All reservations are firm and non-refundable.
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by credit card, a 50% deposit is
due at the time of booking and the balance will be charged to your card approximately two weeks prior to arrival. If booking within two weeks
of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
If paying by check, a 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking and the balance is due one month prior to arrival. We do not accept checks
within one month of arrival. We accept personal or company checks and money orders. To insure proper credit, please write your arrival
date and the name of the camp on your check or money order. Please make checks and money orders payable to:

Damage Deposits
Damage deposits will be returned within 30 days of departure. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to the name and address
provided on the reservation. If your address changes after your reservation is made, please notify us. We are not responsible for checks
mailed to an old address.
If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to your card.
Please see Rental Rules to insure return of your full damage deposit.
Cancellations
All reservations are firm. No refunds will be made for cancellations except in the case of mandatory evacuation of the island. However, if you
cancel and we can rebook your dates, we will issue a refund for the dates that we were able to rebook, less a $75 cancellation fee.
Hurricane Policy
In the event of a hurricane, if a mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Mayor of Grand Isle, you will have the option of rescheduling your trip
or receiving a refund of any monies paid less a $75 cancellation fee. If this occurs during your stay, a prorated amount will be refunded.
