weekly rentals. There is a one month minimum, however, the
month does not have to start on the 1st. Dates that are
blocked for less than one month are for owner's personal use. $3600 per month (includes all utilities, cable and yard
maintenance)

| This beautiful home is in a lovely
residential neighborhood close to the bay and a short drive to the
beach. There is a covered porch in the front and a sundeck in the
rear. Under
camp is concrete and has a swing.
There is a screened area downstairs with a picnic table and a nice yard
with grass for the kids to play. House is very clean and nicely furnished.
No pets are allowed anywhere on the property, inside or
outside.
