Short term monthly rental with a one month minimum.  Share the cost with family and friends or come and go
as you please for a full month of vacation.  This Grand Isle camp is just a short walk to the beach.  Quiet,
peaceful location with large yard, covered deck and screened patio in rear.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths
Bedroom 1 has one double bed
Bedroom 2 has 3 sets of bunkbeds with double on bottom, twin on top, cable TV and VCR
Bedroom 3 has one double bed and one queen bed

Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, dishes, glasses, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,  etc.
Upstairs bath has tub and shower, downstairs bath has shower
Cable television (large screen in living area and TV and VCR in upstairs bedroom)
Propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled
House sits on two lots and has large yard with lots of grass and extra parking.
Covered deck.
Screened patio in rear of house.
Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).  Arrangements must be
made in advance.  A refundable damage deposit as well as an additional cleaning fee is required.
