This unit is on ground level and is great for those who have trouble with stairs.  The beach is right across the street.  There is a large fenced yard in the rear that is perfect for extra parking for vehicles or a great place for the kids to play.  There is a washer and dryer.

Barbecue pit may not be used on the deck for reasons of fire safety.

bulletThe Ground Floor is a large bunkroom with a separate entrance.  It 5 twin bunkbeds and 1 queen-sized sofa sleeper. (Sleeps 12)  It has a full kitchen, Direct TV, 1 full bath with shower and 1 room with washer, dryer and additional shower stall.
 

Kitchen has stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Burner, propane tank and boil pot are available, but must be requested.  The propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled.

Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).  Arrangements must be made in advance.  A refundable damage deposit as well as an additional cleaning fee is required.
