| You can rent the entire house
(Sleeps 24) or you can rent just the
2nd & 3rd Floors
(Sleeps 12) or just the
1st floor
(ground level Sleeps 12). This 3-story camp sleeps 24 people, has 2 kitchens and
a sun deck with a great view of the beach. The 1st floor is on ground
level and is great for those who have trouble with stairs. The beach
is right across the street. There is a large fenced yard in the rear
that is perfect for extra parking for vehicles and boats or a great place for
the kids to play. There are two washers and two dryers (one on ground
level and one on the 2nd floor).
Barbecue pits may not be used on the deck for reasons of fire safety.

 | The Ground Floor is a large bunkroom with a
separate entrance. It 5
twin bunkbeds and 1 queen-sized sofa sleeper. (Sleeps 12) It has a
full kitchen, Direct TV, 1 full bath with shower and 1 room with
washer, dryer and additional shower stall.

 | The 2nd Floor is the main living area and has a
full kitchen, living-dining areas and sundeck with view of beach.
It has 1 private bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and private bath with
tub and shower. There is also one twin
bed in the living area and a half bath with toilet, sink and
washer-dryer. (Sleeps 5)

 | The 3rd Floor has a loft sleeping area with 1
double bed, 3 twin beds and full bath with shower. There is also a
private bedroom with 1 double bed and private half bath. (Sleeps 7) |
Both kitchens have stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
There is an ice maker and 2
charcoal barbecue pits.
Burner, propane tank and boil pot are available, but must be requested. The propane tank is provided as a convenience,
however, we do not keep it filled.
Absolutely no pets are allowed
anywhere on the premises -- inside or outside.
