This house is right across the street from the beach, has a great view and lots of parking.  The 2nd & 3rd floors sleep 12 people.  It has a full kitchen and a sun deck with a great view of the beach.  There is a large fenced yard in the rear that is perfect for extra parking for vehicles and boats or a great place for the kids to play.  There is a washer, dryer and ice machine.

Barbecue pits may not be used on the deck for reasons of fire safety.

bulletThe 2nd Floor is the main living area and has a full kitchen, living-dining areas and sundeck with view of beach.  It has 1 private bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and  private bath with tub and shower.  There is also one twin bed in the living area and a half bath with toilet, sink and washer-dryer. (Sleeps 5)
 
bulletThe 3rd Floor has a loft sleeping area with 1 double bed, 3 twin beds and full bath with shower.  There is also a private bedroom with 1 double bed and private half bath. (Sleeps 7)

Kitchen has stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

There is an ice maker and 2 charcoal barbecue pits.  Burner, propane tank and boil pot are available, but must be requested.  The propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled.

Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).  Arrangements must be made in advance.  A refundable damage deposit as well as an additional cleaning fee is required.
