This 3-story camp sleeps 28 people, has 2 kitchens and a sun deck with a great view of the beach.  The 1st floor is on ground level and is great for those who have trouble with stairs.  The beach is right across the street.  There is a large fenced yard in the rear that is perfect for extra parking for vehicles and boats or a great place for the kids to play.

Barbecue pits may not be used on the deck for reasons of fire safety.

bulletThe Ground Floor is a large bunkroom with a separate entrance.  It has a full kitchen, full bath with shower, 5 twin bunkbeds, 2 twin sleepers and 1 futon bed.
bulletThe 2nd Floor is the main living area and has a full kitchen, living-dining areas and sundeck with view of beach.  It has 1 private bedroom with 2 double beds and  private bath with tub and shower.  There is a full-sized sleeper sofa and one twin bed in the living area and a half bath.
bulletThe 3rd Floor has a loft sleeping area with 1 double bed, 3 twin beds and full bath with shower.  There is also a private bedroom with 1 double bed and private half bath.

Both kitchens have stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

There is an ice maker, 2 charcoal barbecue pits, burner, propane and boil pot.
The propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled.
