downstairs.

No pets are allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside.  No smoking inside

Bedroom 1 has 1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 2 has 1 double and 1 twin (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 5 has 2 doubles and 1 bunkbed (sleeps 6)

Kitchen has electric stove and oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, utensils, coffee
maker, toaster, etc.  

Downstairs (ground level) has a secondary kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom.  The bedroom on
ground level is not included in the total bed count.
