This condominium is located right across the street from
the beach and has a nice view of both the beach and the bay. There
is a public access crossover directly across the street for easy beach
access. Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
pots, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
For short-term rentals, well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in
the chewing stage). Arrangements must be made in advance. A
refundable damage deposit as well as an additional cleaning fee is required.
Pets are not allowed on monthly rentals.
