This is a large house with lots of square footage so you can spread out.  It also has lots of outdoor space,
both upstairs and downstairs.  It is a short walk to the beach.  Located just off of Hwy. 1.  There is a wood
burning fireplace for cold weather rentals.

There is a screened area downstairs with counter, sink, picnic table and full bath

3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs)

Master bedroom with private bath has 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 2 has one bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top, one twin bed and cable TV (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 has one bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top and one twin bunk bed (sleeps 5)
Living room has queen sized sofa sleeper (sleeps 2)

Absolutely no pets are allowed anywhere on the premises -- inside or outside.
