This is a large house with lots of square footage so you can spread out. It also has lots of outdoor space, both upstairs and downstairs. It is a short walk to the beach. Located just off of Hwy. 1. There is a wood burning fireplace for cold weather rentals. The covered porch has a hammock. There is a screened area downstairs with counter, sink, picnic table and full bath 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
Absolutely no pets are allowed anywhere on the premises -- inside or outside. Propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled
