This information is for the 2nd floor only (sleeps 9).  If you rent the 2nd floor, we would not rent the 3rd floor to another group.  You would be the only group occupying the house.

For the Good Times is located beachfront, approximately 2.1 miles from the foot of the bridge.  It has lots of parking, decks and porches and lots of space to spread out.  The second floor has a large main kitchen and opens onto a screened porch on the beach side and a large open sundeck on the bay side. 

The screened porch with two swings and a great view of the beach opens onto a 2-story sundeck and observation deck.  The sundeck on the bay side has a privacy wall and built in seating on 3 sides that can also be used for sunbathing.  There is a covered concrete area on ground level with a fish cleaning area and boiling equipment. 

Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).  Arrangements must be made in advance.  A refundable damage deposit as well as an additional cleaning fee is required.

The propane tank is provided as a convenience, however, we do not keep it filled.

 

Second Floor (Main Level) - Sleeps 9

3 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub and shower, half bath with toilet and sink
