Bill's Shady Lawn is located within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurant, convenience store and other
businesses.  There are six units in one building, offering one, two and three bedroom condos.  The Guest
House is located next door and is a detached building with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  

Bill's Shady Lawn is the perfect place for gathering with family and friends.  There is a beautiful outdoor area
with  lawns, trees and picnic tables.  You are welcome to bring a portable canopy, folding tables and chairs for
use outside.  There is a screened area with ping pong table, picnic table and coin operated washer and dryer.  

Condos 1, 2,  3 and 4 are located upstairs.  Condos 1 & 2 share a small deck and Condos 3 & 4 share a small
deck.  Condos 5 and 6 are located on ground level and there are no stairs to navigate.  The Guest House is
located on ground level and there are no stairs.

There is limited parking.  This unit has two parking spaces and no boat trailers are allowed on the property.

Strictly enforced.  Parking passes must be displayed on dashboard.

Each bedroom has 1 double (full-sized) bed
Living room has a sofa sleeper

Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove and oven, pots, dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker and
toaster.  Living room has satellite television.  Wireless internet and Satellite Direct TV are provided.  Towels, bed
linens and pillows are provided.

Pet Friendly - Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage and only
declawed cats).  Arrangements must be made in advance.  An additional cleaning fee is required.  Pet
droppings must be picked up and disposed of.  Do not leave on lawn.  Please be considerate of other guests.  
Pets are allowed for daily and weekly rentals only.  Pets are not allowed for monthly rentals.
